The Center for Energy, Marine Transportation and Public Policy (CEMTPP) pursues excellence in teaching, research and discourse on these three essential, interrelated themes. It is a part of Columbia University's renowned School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). SIPA's preeminence in area studies, international economics, public policy and quantitative techniques provides CEMTPP with a unique and potent environment for analyzing policy and management. CEMTPP works closely with the Earth Institute, the Lenfest Center, the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science, the Columbia Business School and other centers of excellence at Columbia University and internationally.
